What VIPER Does

Real-Time SOP Monitoring

Continuously observes technician actions using AI vision processing, cross-referencing each step against approved standard operating procedures and flagging deviations as they happen.

Guided Task Execution

Delivers step-by-step instruction overlays, audio cues, and corrective prompts directly to technicians at the point of work — bridging the gap between training and execution in forward-deployed environments.

Autonomous Navigation

Mounted on a wheeled mobile platform, VIPER moves through production areas autonomously, positioning itself to observe and assist across multiple workstations without operator intervention.

Performance Data Capture

Every observed task and outcome is logged and fed into BG Workforce's SMARTS platform, giving workforce managers data-driven insight into skill gaps, readiness levels, and training priorities.

IL4 Secure Integration

VIPER operates within BG Workforce's DoD IL4-authorized cloud architecture, ensuring all performance data and SOP content remains protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.
